I’ve been working as a mental health therapist for more than 25 years. As a licensed mental health counselor in Florida, I began working in the field of addiction and recovery. Here I counseled clients with a variety of mental health issues. I continued to work in both inpatient and outpatient facilities eventually opening up a private practice in Southwest Florida.
I have experience working with clients with everyday issues, involving a life transition or change such as divorce, relocation or trauma. I’ve counseled federal prisoners as they transition back into society.
I continue my passion for counseling here in New Jersey as a Licensed Professional Counselor, and currently, sit on the Board of the Mental Health Association of Monmouth County.
"This last year has been so much easier, mentally and emotionally, due to working with Jackie. Her attentive, caring manner put me at ease from the onset. Her advice is nurturing and practical. As my family's caretaking situation continues, knowing I have an outside team member helping me take care of my own needs is invaluable, and in so doing, I've been able to get through tough times with grace."
